Carne Asada Grill was inspired by the way I grew up in Southern California, where family barbecues and grilling carne asada outdoors were a way of life. Some of my favorite memories were spending time with family around the grill, enjoying fresh food made with love.
For years, we could never quite find the perfect cut of meat trimmed exactly the way we liked it. That changed when my father, who served in the military, showed my mother how to properly marinate skirt steak and flank steak to bring out incredible flavor. Flank steak was always the more affordable option, but when prepared the right way, it was still absolutely delicious. That tradition is why we proudly offer both skirt steak and flank steak at our restaurant today.
I honestly would have never opened a restaurant without the support and inspiration of my husband and our four boys, whom I love more than anything in this world. They inspired me to create a place that serves food the way we make it at home — using only fresh ingredients, never frozen, and never microwaved.
Everything is prepared fresh daily, which means we may occasionally run out of items during the day. We believe quality and freshness are worth it. Our signature meats are grilled just the way I would cook them outdoors for family and friends.
We opened our doors in February 2025, and we are incredibly grateful to already have loyal customers who continue to come back and support us. Carne Asada Grill is more than a restaurant to us — it's family, tradition, and authentic flavor shared with our community.
